Season’s greetings from the very merry team at The Doe Fund.
The holiday season is a busy time of year for The Doe Fund’s culinary team, as we are busy catering several holiday parties throughout New York. Despite our full schedule, we always make time to celebrate The Doe Fund and the hardworking trainees and staff who make an incredible impact every day. Each year, we cater holiday parties at our two largest residences in New York City. With over 200 people present at each party, there is no shortage of food or merriment. This year, we served up some of our favorite dishes, such as Gino’s grilled chicken in mushroom sauce and Richard’s roasted asparagus and portabella salad. We concluded the feast with a delectable dessert bar that included our famous holiday cookies, Oreo cheesecake bars, and award-winning brownies. As 2015 quickly comes to a close, we wish you a Happy Holiday and a joyful New Year!
