There’s nothing like a homemade cookie fresh from the oven! The Doe Fund’s cookies are always a crowd pleaser. Soft baked and cooked to perfection, our delectable white chocolate chunk and cranberry cookies are a perfect balance of sweet and tart that will melt in your mouth and satisfy your sweet tooth once and for all.


36 Cookies

3/4 pound butter 
1/2 pound sugar 
1/2 pound brown sugar 
1 pound all-purpose flour  
1 teaspoon baking power 
1 teaspoon baking soda 
6 ounces eggs 
2 tablespoons molasses 
1 tablespoon vanilla 
8 ounces white chocolate chips or chunks  
8 ounces dried cranberries


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix butter, sugar, and brown sugar into a paste-like batter. Add the remaining ingredients and mix at a low speed until smooth. Be careful not to over-mix, as it will result in a hard cookie. Using an ice cream scoop, drop scoops of batter onto a greased baking sheet, ensuring ample space between scoops to allow cookies to expand during baking. Once oven has reached 350 degrees, bake for 13 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
