Graduation Spotlight: Chocolate Chocolate Chunk Cookies Recipe

One of the highlights of our graduation was the delicious dessert table where all indulged in a variety of fresh baked goods our department made. We’d like to share with you our “Chocolate Chocolate Chunk Cookie” recipe, in hopes that you’ll spread The Doe Fund love to others through baking! Enjoy!

Chocolate Chocolate Chunk Cookies

¾ lbs. Butter
½ lbs. Brown Sugar
½ lbs. Sugar
4 Eggs
1 tbl. Molasses
1 lb. Flour
2 tbl. Cocoa Powder
2 tbl. Melted Chocolate
¾ lbs. Chocolate Chunk

Directions: In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter with brown sugar and sugar. Add the remaining ingredients and mix for no more than 2 minutes. (Do not over mix.) Place mixture onto a greased cookie tray using an ice cream scoop. Bake at 350 degrees for 13 minutes. Cool and most importantly, enjoy!!
