We recently celebrated our Sweet NY event at the beautiful Bowery Hotel in Manhattan. We brought together the top restaurants in New York along with our most loyal supporters to have fun sampling many tasty delights that were prepared by some of New York’s finest chefs. It was great for all who experienced it.
The Doe Fund’s catering team was responsible for passing Hors d’oeuvres around to guests as well as making sure all vendors had everything they needed to serve their food. Our Hors d’oeuvres that were passed around throughout the event were: Mushroom Cannolis, Chorizo Wontons, Asian Beef, Risotto Cakes, Spinach Turnovers, and Potato Pillows. Some of the restaurants that participated were: Magnolia Bakery, Dinosaur BBQ, Greenwich Project, Fox Run Vineyards, BLT Prime, and TAO, among others. It was a great success and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food.
