Our Harlem Facility hosted a Client Appreciation Day for Black History Month. The theme was inspired by the word “Sankofa”, meaning “to give back”. The food that was served represented the many locations throughout the globe that slaves were transported to during the “Middle Passage” stage. Dishes served at the event included jerk chicken, catfish, quesadillas and pulled pork. William Crafton was the driving force behind this entire event. He was able to get the entire facility involved, which included Harlem’s Director, Nazerine Griffin, bussing tables.
