Pineapple Upside Down Cake Recipe
2lbs 4oz. Butter
1lb 4oz Eggs
3lbs 12oz Flour
2.5oz Baking Powder
12 sliced pieces of pineapples (save juice for caramel sauce)
Directions: Blend together butter and sugar to make a paste. Alternate between adding wet and dry ingredients until it becomes a thick batter. Prepare your muffin tins by adding melted butter to brown sugar into the tins. Place sliced pineapples on top then bake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. While still warm, remove from tin pan and place on plate. Drizzle with caramel sauce.
