Last night we held a Graduate Advancement Dinner at our Harlem facility! This celebration took place for graduates who are working in the business maintenance field. It is a time to catch up with old friends and network for new opportunities. We encourage trainees who are new to the program to attend since it is a great time for them to see the program work. We served braised short ribs with North Carolina* BBQ sauce, blackened catfish, baked macaroni and cheese, collards, fresh fruit and red velvet cake.
*Base of the BBQ sauce is made with mustard instead of tomatoes
